Who we are
Small Business Agents is operated by Let's Face It Enterprises Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, business name, and anything else you choose to add: phone, website, team size and your message.
- How you found us. The page you sent the form from, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link you followed, if any.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address and browser type, used to block spam and abuse.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for and follow up on a call, and to keep the form free of spam. If you ticked the box for occasional updates, we will also send you those, and every one has a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
We use service providers to host this website and to store and deliver email. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some may store it outside Canada.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk with you and for our business records, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to updates at any time. Send us a note through the contact form.
